1. Point Accumulation & Redemption Policy

  1. Points Earning Structure

    Based on nett amount paid per order (after any discount or voucher deduction):

    • RM0 - RM2,999: 1 point
    • RM3,000 - RM29,999: 2 points
    • RM30,000 - RM99,999: 3 points
    • RM100,000 and above: 4 points
  2. Point Validity
    • All points earned are valid for 6 months from the date they are awarded.
    • Expired points will be automatically voided without prior notice
  3. Point Redemption
    • Redemption items (gifts or vouchers) will vary monthly or quarterly., and are subject to availability.
    • If redeeming a voucher, only 1 voucher may be applied per order.
    • If redeeming physical gifts, there is no redemption limit as long as the order contains a purchase. Gifts will be shipped together with the order.

2. Lifetime Membership Tiers (Based on Cumulative Spending)

Membership tier is determined by total lifetime spending across both IBEUATE and IFEI platforms (no expiration or reset):

Tier Cumulative Spending
Member RM0 - RM2,999
Silver RM3,000 - RM29,999
Gold RM30,000 - RM99,999
Premium RM100,000 and above
  • Once a tier is achieved, it is permanently valid and does not require renewal through annual spending.
  • The system will automatically upgrade your tier when your cumulative spending qualifies.

3. Additional Terms

  1. Points are not exchangeable for cash.
  2. Redemption is only valid while points are still active. Expired points will not be reinstated.
  3. Ifei M Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to update or modify the redemption system, items, and point structure due to system maintenance, inventory, or campaign adjustments — without prior notice.
  4. Members are responsible for ensuring that their personal information is accurate and up to date. Please notify our customer service of any changes. Ifei will not be responsible for losses due to outdated or incorrect member data.
  5. This point and membership system is shared across IBEUATE and IFEI platforms. Points and membership tiers are synchronized between both platforms.
  6. Ifei M Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, and cancel points or membership status in cases of abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity, without prior notice.

4. Legal Disclaimer

In the event of any dispute related to the point system or membership, Ifei M Sdn. Bhd. reserves the final right of interpretation, and all matters will be governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
